We are the Domestic Violence Action Center, a team of dedicated professionals who are working hard to keep our island families safe. We currently have these job openings available:

(All positions are M-F 8:30 am- 4:30 pm, in office)

Since 1990, DVAC has grown into a vital statewide resource, now boasting a team of over 40 professionals and numerous volunteers. We are looking for a visionary, business-minded leader to guide our talented team into the organization’s next chapter.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of senior-level management experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
  • Leadership: Ability to oversee complex business operations, financial budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Advocacy: Strong communication skills to serve as the organization’s public voice and advocate for survivor safety.
  • Education: Advanced degree in social work, law, business, or related fields preferred; legal experience or a JD is highly desired.
